DigitalWebsGrowth agrees to produce written content for incorporation onto the Client’s website upon the Client’s request and in accordance with the agreed-upon terms.
DigitalWebsGrowth pledges to exercise reasonable diligence to ensure the accuracy of all facts and assertions within the content, while also ensuring non-infringement upon any copyrights or other rights of third parties.
Acknowledging the Client’s prerogative to revise the content within an agreed-upon timeframe, DigitalWebsGrowth commits to collaborating with the Client in reviewing and refining the content prior to its publication.
The Client acknowledges their responsibility for meticulously reviewing the final draft for accuracy, including scrutiny for spelling and grammatical errors, as well as the veracity of statements and assertions. DigitalWebsGrowth disclaims liability for any errors identified subsequent to the website going live.
The Web Design And Development
DigitalWebsGrowth commits to designing and developing a website at the Client’s behest and will fulfill the task according to the agreed-upon terms.
The Client bears sole responsibility for delineating the intricate structure, requisite number of pages, and pertinent terms and conditions for the website.
The Client agrees to furnish DigitalWebsGrowth with satisfactory photographic or graphical content for incorporation into the design.
It is incumbent upon the Client to procure and register a domain name. DigitalWebsGrowth may, at its discretion, offer guidance to the Client regarding suitable domain names.
The Client acknowledges that DigitalWebsGrowth bears no liability for any errors, including grammatical, found within the material provided by the Client.
DigitalWebsGrowth undertakes to rectify any errors or accommodate revisions requested by the Client. However, the Client agrees that a maximum of three revisions are available (depending on the package), and significant design alterations will not be entertained during revisions.
The Client acknowledges that any change requests subsequent to final approval being granted to DigitalWebsGrowth or after the website’s launch will incur additional charges. DigitalWebsGrowth will commence work on subsequent change requests only upon receipt of full payment.
The Client admits that DigitalWebsGrowth will include a “Web Design” by “DigitalWebsGrowth” hyperlink in the footer section of each website they develop. Removal of this branding will incur additional charges.
Due to the nature of business operations, DigitalWebsGrowth disclaims liability for incidents such as website hacking, loss of rankings, or other errors.
Clients reserve the right to cancel website development or digital marketing projects if DigitalWebsGrowth has not commenced work, with no cancellations accepted after one calendar day.
Upon website launch, paid support will be available at a rate of 500 Rs + 18% GST.
